NEWS: Elisa Speranza Named President ofCH2M HILL OMI

CH2M HILL OMI has appointed Elisa M. Speranza as the new president of the company. Speranza replaces Mark Lasswell, who has been appointed President and Group Chief Executive for CH2M HILL’s Civil Infrastructure Client Group — the firm’s division focused on serving state and local government with a full range of engineering, construction and operations services. It includes three business groups: Transportation, Water and Operations & Maintenance (CH2M HILL OMI).
Speranza joins CH2M HILL OMI from the firm’s Water Business Group, where she spearheaded many successful teams and initiatives over the past seven years. Her recognized leadership in the North American water profession, coupled with her ear-lier roles in public utility management and in consulting, gives her a unique blend of experience that directly aligns with CH2M HILL OMI’s mission to deliver innovative utility, community and environmental solutions to clients in government and industry. She is active in a number of industry associations, including serving as vice president of global nonprofit Water For People.
